I was hesitant at first because this is my first property I bought. I did my homework and reached out to a real estate agent and she ensured me as well that transactions like these are pretty common if it’s just vacant land. My name is Michael … some time around March 25th 2020 or before … I was looking at 1 of Stephanie Naquin properties she (( sold )) me another property later … the 2 lots are around northern Apache county north East of Arizona …. I had to alter payment plans I wanted to pay more faster but some times things cross your path that blocks you … she already offered a low payment plan but I said let me pay 600 next month towards my second lot but I asked her to change it to 200 and patiently Stephanie re did the online documents to reflect the change …… she did this 2 times for me since the month of March ……. she had the properties in her name other land sellers did not have properties in their name …. one lot is in my name now … she gave me a lower price than advertised because the Coronavirus thing came and I got sick my self and fully recovered in hours taking high doses of Vitamin c … but I emailed her saying I don’t know if our ship of America will sink so I was between thinking
(((( will I )) be able to buy food in the future (( if I buy land now .. but she accepted my offer and waited something like 3 weeks for me to come up with the money she started getting it in my name before I paid her .. at least I told her I would have a camping spot if the country went bankrupt ….. I know for a fact GOD put me in her path ….. thank you very much Stephanie Naquin .. todays date is Sat/ May 5/30.2020

Just bought my 2nd piece of American dream from sklandinvesting.
